Quality Living Home Health Care-Winona is licensed as a Class A Agency in the State of Minnesota and can provide services in any county. We contract with the county public health services in both Houston and Winona counties.

Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN)
We offer private duty services by licensed practical nurses (LPN). Your individualized care plan and our staff are supervised by our Director of Nursing.

Personal Care Attendants (PCA) / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
Nursing assistants and personal care assistants will help you to accomplish activities of daily living. These may include dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, toileting, transferring and range of motion (ROM) exercise. We can also assist you in getting around and participating in the community.

Homemaking Chores
Our services extend to shopping for essentials and completing homemaker tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, laundry, and general cleaning that you are unable to accomplish on your own.

Companion Cares
Companion services are also available and can be tailored to your meet needs. Your individualized care plan and our staff are supervised by the Director of Nursing. All of our staff are required to pass a background study check through the Minnesota Department of Human Services Division of Licensing.
Any/all of our services can be combined to provide the best possible care in the best environment, your home.

Duration of Services
Our services are available 365 days/year, 24 hours/day, or as little as a minimum shift of 2 hours/ day. We are available for long term care, short term assistance, or respite care on an on-call basis.

Medical Equipment
We do not sell or rent medical equipment. However, our managerial staff will assist you in obtaining the thing you need to make your life more comfortable. We are familiar with the equipment companies in the area and will strive to get you the best price.
